Convicing start for Egypt at the opening!

At the opening of the 27th IHF World Championship, Egypt defeated Chile with a score of 35:29.

Egypt opened the game very well and they easily gained a convincing advantage. With the goals by Yehia Eldeera, Omar Yahia and Mohamed Sanad,  Egypt took the lead with 5:2, and by the end of the first half, that advantage increased to 18:11. Chile had so many technical mistakes, that Egypt punished with fast brake goals.

In second half, Egypt started much relaxed, while Chile improved their attack. Egypt controlled the match very well and in the end they took a convincing victory without the help of their first star, El Ahmar who was not in the lineup for this match.
